An application on which local guides provide tour packages, local people will be able to share their locality and fun activities and of course delicious food like a tasty potjie.(If needed would be able to share activities tourists should avoid and local guides should take care of) as to maintain their culture.
Why Touristical ?
With increased tourism comes increased pressure to develop areas and make them more inclusive and resort-like. Building more accommodation, businesses and amenities within these communities and destinations damages and destroys habitats. By damaging the local environment, you increase the pressure on native species.
Increased competition for resources between invading tourist activity and indigenous populations — both locals and wildlife — means wildlife and certain ways of life disappear.
In their place, these cultures and environments take on the same features and characteristics of previous popular sites, thus reducing uniqueness
Tourisitcal can act as an intermediary between the local guides and the tourists , so they dont have to book resorts but rather live in the accommodation provided by them which will decrease modernisation of that area, therefore reducing the cultural similarities.
Tourists will be able to experience the true community of the place they visit while enjoying traditional cuisines and doing fun local activities.

Touristical will not only allow people to rent their homes to tourists but also will allow them to connect to local guides for their vacation so they don’t have to worry about the place they are going to live in and where they want to enjoy.While also creating an ecosystem where local people and tourist are benefited and can also enjoy dynamic changes in their locality without worrying to seek info from local people,while reducing negative impacts of tourism.

Creating this application to be available in different platforms :
App on mobile related devices
The frontend can be made using React Native or Vue Native for mobile app, and for site webpack can also be added to add features such as transpiling ECMAscript2015+ to older browsers and tree shaking, (this will be essential since performance will be of major importance )
I would again prefer vue for making site to since changing anything on DOM(which will happen a lot will come with high computational cost) this will be avoided to an extent with Vue’s virtual dom.
There will be a need to take care of accessibility issues , to make it accessible to everyone which can easily be done if elements by following accessibility guidelines.
Backend
Can be programmed using nodeJS or nginx.
This can be deployed on any cloud services such as amazon or azure , later can be switched to (if required to bare metal) .
For database PostGreSQL or Firebase can be used.
On Desktop
The application can be made using Electron keeping the same principles for making application on mobile devices.
How will this help ?
Generally, Tourism activities may affect local people activities and their work
For example, fishing might get affected if tourists are swimming and boating around the areas which could be a spot for fishing and bringing other aqua products.
This can be resolved if both the local people and tourists share information with each other.
The local people would be able to share their surroundings and would also be able live together ,which could include fun activities, stay in their house or a hotel which they can affiliate with, while also maintaining their cultural aspects so negative side of tourism can be eliminated, also disabling the modernisation to attract more tourists, while conserving and introducing them to local fun activities and adventures.
We can also manufacture products for the local people to be used for their activities,
Consider this as an example:
Let’s say there are a group of fishermen who have go for fishing, but since fishes are being found on different spots, they have to change their spots after some time. This spot can be uploaded on touristical app so tourists know that they should be cautious and avoid that place.

There would be reserved spots for fishing and boating or if not reserved it could trouble local fishers to find good spots.
There could be problem changing these spots, specifically to let the local guide know to try not to bring tourists in the required place.
With Touristical:
Fishers would be able to immediately locate and then change their spots,
This info could be uploaded on touristical for local guide to see so they are cautious where to take the tourists.
Dynamic changing of these spots will be possible with the help of touristical they will be immediately able to provide this info to local guides.
Tourists will be able to enjoy the local surroundings in a more natural way without affecting daily lives of local people, while enjoying fun activities reducing negative effects of tourism.

Touristcal simply will be an intermediator between the local guide, local people and tourists looking for vacation where each three will be benefited without their activities being affected .
Local guide will be able to provide packages on application or site to charging a certain cost to any person liking their package on app and there will be a charge of 3 or 4% by touristical to host their packages on our site and app.

We can advertise on sites using GoogleAds and also since tourists and local people will be sharing their experience and reviews on social media and the touristical app itself , this will decrease our marketing load.
Risk Analysis
No motivation to post or update info of their local surrounding could lead to problem thus the company itself would need to scout and give description of place, increasing costs.Guides not properly describing their packages to intrested people might lead to losing potetial customers.
